 Six From NCHA Named All-American; Three to First TeamMar 23, 2017
The 2017 AHCA/CCM Division III Men's All-Americans were released at the Frozen Four banquet on Thursday night.
The Northern Collegiate Hockey Association dominated the scene on the Western side, with NCHA student-athletes earning three of the six spots on the First Team and six All-American honorees overall.
In addition, four different schools were represented, as St. Norbert College (G T.J. Black) had a first-team honoree to extend its record to 20 years in a row with at least one student-athlete on the top squad.
Adrian College (D Cory Dunn) and Lake Forest College (F Jack Lewis) helped the NCHA to three spots on the First Team.
